Head-to-Head was founded by Dr. Ann Mugunga, a passionate leader with a heart for mentorship, growth, and values-based leadership. After years of guiding institutions, leading teams, and solving real leadership challenges, she saw one truth clearly

Dr. Ann noticed that many leaders were carrying heavy responsibilities alone managing staff, finances, parents, teams, and expectations without a support system. She knew something had to change. So, she created Head-to-Head, a space where leaders can learn from one another, sharpen each other, and rise together.

She brings a rich background in leadership development, coaching, institutional growth, and Christian values. Her vision has shaped a mentorship circle that is honest, practical, and deeply supportive.

Today, her leadership continues to guide Head-to-Head with humility, excellence, and purpose.
