He emphasized the importance of financial planning, risk management, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations, noting that every institution needs a strong financial foundation to achieve its goals.

Leaders shared practical approaches such as maintaining open and honest communication, forecasting sensitive issues in advance, setting clear financial policies, and using consistent channels to help staff and parents understand expectations. The group also explored ways to diversify income streams beyond school fees to strengthen institutional sustainability.
