Head-to-Head was founded by Dr Ann Mugunga, a passionate leader with a heart for mentorship, growth, and values-based leadership. After years of guiding institutions, leading teams, and solving real leadership challenges, she saw one truth clearly: that when a leader doesn’t grow, the institution doesn’t grow. Having faced various challenges in starting and leading organisations, and seeing how lonely it can be at the top, Ann started Head-to-Head® to instil in leaders a culture of intentional personal growth, and to create a sustainable platform for networking among business owners, both for accountability and professional development.
