Head-to-Head® is a powerful, dynamic, Iron-Shapes-Iron, coaching, leadership development and mentorship organization. “There are some real deep questions that founders have, and when they get the answers they need, they could unlock magic throughout their organizations,” Dan Martell. Head-to-Head® was initially created for founders and leaders in the education space: a place where leaders grow, sharpen each other, and rise to the challenges of contemporary leadership.
It has now grown to embrace leaders in all spheres of influence, service and industry; a space that fosters a collaborative community where leaders can connect, grow, and benchmark best practices to enhance institutional excellence. This is done through various coaching, mentorship, team development, and leadership growth programs.
